Thermocouple / RTD Expansion Data Logger

The Em Turing ( ET )  – Thermocouple RTD Expansion Data logger is a unique end to end solution to log and display values and drive control logic,  getting inputs from a temperature sensor, be it a Thermocouple Sensor, or an RTD sensor.

 

Two Types of Em Turing ( ET )

 

  • ET0056 – 16 CHANNEL THERMOCOUPLE INPUTS

 

  • ET0057 – 8 CHANNEL RTD INPUTS

PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS

*HARDWARE*

  • The Embedos Thermocouple RTD Expansion Data Logger, Em Turing ( ET ) , has an inbuilt Embedded Web Server, to display values of the logged data on a Web Browser running on the device itself.
  • The web page can display values of all 16 channels for Thermocouples, or 8 Channels for RTD’s, in a gauges, charts, text etc in real time format. Same data can be logged and downloaded in csv / pdf files based on a Date & time range selection.
  • The Em Turing ( ET )  is given an additional Storage Feature of a retractible SD card to log data directly in csv format.
  • Em Turing ( ET )  comes with 8 nos Digital Outputs ( NPN Type Solid State ). This enables users to drive more logic from the board like switch On Hooters, or LED’s etc.
  • Em Turing ( ET )  is also enabled with 1 RS-485 port to enable serial communication to and from the device.

*SOFTWARE*

  • Em Turing the capability to generate a Wifi hotspot and also connect to a Wifi to make it an IoT enabled Edge device.
  • Em Turing can send out data to any remote server on MQTT or any other acceptable IOT Protocol on a Wifi interface, enabling data transfer on Modbus TCP as well.
  • Through this Wifi, Em Turing can get connected to any internet network, and send data out. Once connected to the network, any user connected to the same network can access the Web Page that is embbedded on Web Server running on TREE, and access / control this data in real time.
  • Em Turing ( ET ) can create a wifi enabled hotspot as well, meaning it can create its own local network for users to connect to. In cases where networks are unavailable, Em-Turings hotspot is switched on by default for users to access the web page directly, on their phones / laptops / desktops etc.
